Returns & Cancellations

We hope that you’re pleased with your purchase however, there may be occasions when you will need to return an item to us. To return a product, please first read though the following terms and before proceeding.

What if my item is faulty?

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.

Please note that our used or refurbished stock is sold with 90 calendar days warranty only, and therefore any claims not under the warranty after 90 days of purchase will not be accepted.

Cancelling an order

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) and EU Consumer Rights Directive you can do so provided you inform us in writing of your decision within 14 days of receipt. Note if you have received the goods and requested a cancellation then you have a “duty of care” to look after the goods whilst in your possession.

Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR and the return/cancellation has been approved, you have 28 calendar days to return the item to us at your own expense. If you would like us to collect the goods please confirm the address from which collection can be made and we will provide a price for doing this.

Once the item is received in accordance with the above we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

What if my item is damaged on receipt?

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days.

If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

So where do I go now?

If you would still like to return your item please contact us We would ask that you provide as much information as possible. Our returns department will contact you back within 48 hours. They will provide you with a RMA number which must be included with your item as well as full information on your purchase.
