We endeavour to ship all items within 1 day of receiving cleared payment. All shipping prices quoted are for UK only. For all other destinations please contact us for shipping costs. If payment is made via PayPal we will only ship to your PayPal registered/confirmed address.
We always obtain proof of postage when sending out all packages. Please note 1st or 2nd class post even when sent recorded is not a time guaranteed service.

48 Hour Tracked Royal Mail Service - Free
Technoshack are currently offering free 48 hour tracked delivery with Royal Mail on all orders over £15.99 within the UK. For Royal Mail 48 Hour service Royal Mail aim to deliver the majority of items within 2 working days and for a small minority of items withing 3 working days (working days are Monday to Friday and not including bank holidays).
2nd Class Royal Mail - Free
Technoshack are currently offering free second class delivery with Royal Mail on all orders under £16 within the UK. Royal Mail aim to deliver the third working day after posting including Saturdays. Please note that this is not a time guaranteed service and Royal Mail will not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have past (working days are Monday to Friday and not including bank holidays).
Express Delivery - £6.50
Express deliveries will only be delivered Monday to Friday. Deliveries that are sent with Express delivery are estimated to be delivered the next day (excluding weekends) if the order has been placed before 3pm.
For express deliveries we use either UPS, UK Mail or Royal Mail Next day delivery services.

Please note that some areas within the UK may not be eligible for our standard Royal Mail or courier services. In these circumstances we will contact you with options of other postage methods. Sadly, some of these options may require an upgrade in service resulting in extra payments from the customer. Please note that you can of course cancel your purchase if this does not suit you. We apologise in advance for this and hope you understand that we try to pick the best possible value and fastest service available from our possible couriers. Contact us prior to placing your order if you are in anyway hesitant about deliveries in your area.
» You've shipped my item but it hasn't arrived!
We appreciate your frustration in these scenarios but kindly ask for your patience and cooperation while we fix the situation.
Before taking further action, have you considered the following?
- Standard Royal Mail delivery - Has it been at least 15 working days since you received shipping confirmation from us?
- Express Delivery – Have you tracked the delivery on the courier web site using the tracking reference provided in your shipping confirmation email?
- Is the item held at your local Royal Mail collection office?
- Is it or has it been a bank holiday weekend?
- Are your shipping details correct?
- Are you situated in a UK exception postal area?
If after checking the above you still need help or believe the item has been lost please contact us using the Lost Orders form.
» Lost Items
Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 15 working days have passed from the date of dispatch. If you require an urgent delivery you will need to choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery or Other Courier option. For European and International orders the transit time will depend on your location but as a guideline will be between 2 to 5 days.
Technoshack and its employees cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will however make our best efforts to correct the problem.
